What do you like best about Prophix Software? Prophix is straight-forward to deploy and their team ensures you are up and running quickly. This system is significantly easier to use than the previous one, and we had a quick and wide adoption. Prophix can be run by your Finance team eliminating the need for multiple IT staff to maintain it. What do you dislike about Prophix Software? The previous version did not have a good web client. What do you dislike about Prophix Software? Some of the reports we use do not have modifications available. System locks or services quitting unexpectedly. What problems is Prophix Software solving and how is that benefiting you? Forecasting and budgeting at a low level within our company. Formal and centralized reporting has been greatly received.

What do you like best about Prophix Software? I like that is a big database to store financials. It is better than a ton of spreadsheets. I love setting up tasks to be pushed out. The limitations of if I want to see the total of financials in a department forecast/budget then the option of Line Item details goes away unless I select Unspecified. inconsistency in how to do the same functions.
