When I need to complete the task again the notes are not necessary and any error can be identified by understanding the concept. What do you like best? Prophix is very much a Finance-Administered application without an Excel front-end (but easily exported to Excel). We are much less dependent on IT and more efficient. The application is point and click intuitive for non-financial users. Staging data from SAP and other sources has been fairly straightforward to implement.
