It works great but it’s not one of the best solution out there

PROS: I like that I have everything centralized. It meets all our needs from running robust reports, accepting rent online, providing tenant and owners with an online portal, automatically posting rento to managing maintenance and routine work orders. In addition, I like that they have various levels of users like marketing agent to handyman. This is my go to software for property management because it covers every facet of proeperty management. Great program

PROS: I like how simple this software is. It allows me to create multiple reports in less than no time. It is highly helpful solution for property managers and operators to manage their business with various property types and mixed portofiols. Also, it offers mobile-responsive websites and maintenance contact center with automated vendor dispacthing for emergencies CONS: It crashes from time to time and he access is hard.
