Cloud based solution for mnaging property businesses

PROS: I like how all the properties are well set up. The search engine is powerful and it makes my work simple and easy. Most important thing about it is the fact that it’s cloud-based solution and end-to-end property management software. CONS: The could improve the history section.

What do you like best about Propertyware? Just about nothing... the program is a mess! What do you dislike about Propertyware? almost everything, no information you need is easy to come across What problems is Propertyware solving and how is that benefiting you? You can’t solve much. What do you like best about Propertyware? Convenience of app and ease to use. I don't have to lug around paperwork and pens. Just snap a picture and notate what I see. I love it! What do you like best about Propertyware? The ability to add custom fields to almost any screen (unlike some of the competitors) allows us to tailor-fit the software to our needs. The eSignature feature is absolutely AMAZING! We are able to take our own PDF contracts, pull fields in directly from Propertyware (tenant name, address, etc), and process the lease through Docusign. What do you like best about Propertyware? The ease of use, customer service, the fact that it is simple for my tenants to use. What do you dislike about Propertyware? Nothing, it serves its purpose well, and we are very pleased. What problems is Propertyware solving and how is that benefiting you? We can keep paper in the office to a minimum, and all of our tenant related files are in one place and accessible anywhere, we have taken vacations while managing to run the business effectively.
