"Such a pethatic PM platform I used so far"

What do you like best about Propertyware? Nothing, I do not have a good experience with this software as I have with other related softwares. What do you dislike about Propertyware? Dashboard, reporting procedure, a vendor directory, in short, this is useless and inefficient software. What problems is Propertyware solving and how is that benefiting you? You can use this software for your property management, but I do not prefer it since I do not have a good experience with that.

"Easy to use for both owners and renters"

What do you like best about Propertyware? Very User Friendly, also very easy to put in maint requests, easy to put in inspections right to owner portal, and see owner information. What do you dislike about Propertyware? Does not give as easwy to read screening reports/ background checks. What problems is Propertyware solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Propertyware? reporting, owner portal, customizable, user friendly, What do you dislike about Propertyware? poor communication tool, not helpful with work flows, all upgrades they build are like they are not in PW but require a new login to access. What problems is Propertyware solving and how is that benefiting you? storing information

"good intentions, poor implementation"

What do you like best about Propertyware? Building pages can be customized, as can reports. What do you dislike about Propertyware? VERY hard to read statements, ledgers, and there are frequent crashes. What problems is Propertyware solving and how is that benefiting you? Rental payments can be easily made, and owner distributions can be easily sent.

Great tool with flexible pricing options

PROS: If you are familiar with QuickBooks you won’t have any troubles in working with PropertyWare it is similar to this one. I like that everything within the system is well organzied and simple. It is great for small residental properties. Also, I like that it’s scalable solution and this means that clients can adjust the subscription plans so they can include features they need to run their businesses. CONS: To log a deposit you have to go through several steps and this is time consuming ...

PROS: I like that I have all the business rental properties centralized in one platform and all the things I need are easily accessible. It offers everything from start to finish and great support team that helps me to grow my business more. CONS: The UI looks messy, they could make it more clear and straightforward. Overall, the platform works great.
