What do you like best about Promys? I use Promys to order and track hardware inventory and software support. I like the ability to track software support contracts best, which allows me to properly prepare for contract renewals. What do you dislike about Promys? What do you like best about Promys? Promys is a robust, yet easy to use, solution which provides us the platform we need to better serve our customers and reduce internal inefficiencies that were caused by using multiple systems for quoting, procurement, and scheduling. "Fantastic product with a great support team!"

What do you like best about Promys? Promys has a fantastic team supporting them who are always willing to help, train, etc. The full software is always available via any web browser, and we have never experienced down time unless the internet breaks. There is a bit of a learning curve, but, once you know it, you and your team will always be able to find what you need and track your orders and projects quickly and easily. Promys has been a great partner to my business.

PROS: Promys does everything from tracking sales interactions to managing our inventory. It is very intuitive and easy to use. It also integrates with our accounting package so there is no need to manually duplicate entries. Because the software is web based, we can use it on any platform including mobile devices. CONS: The integrations into QuickBooks can cause some minor difficulties, but that is strictly related to our line of business and large quantity line items for certain services.
