What do you like best? I love how you can look at the survey results as a whole but can drill down as needed. The ability to respond directly to the feedback itself is also wonderful. The simplicity of the feedback form encouraged more feedback from the participants. What do you dislike? Unable to select the individual feedback from the dashboard. Easy, straightforward NPS product

What do you like best? Simple to set up and use, intuitive interface, reliable. Great blog with ideas & best practices, helping us implement not just the tool but a comprehensive strategy around maximizing what we get out of it. What do you dislike? Reporting could be better. Multiple tags on responses make the report exports difficult to work with (they land in the same column. Uploads could be managed better - despite our best efforts, we somehow end up with data adding new columns ...
