They are hopeless at resolving issues

They are hopeless at resolving issues. I have been trying to both take part in a very important university study first and to get paid for it afterwards with no sucess. Their support services is rubbish, they do not answer questions correctly and they always put the blame on the user. As a result they are profitting because they are not paying what is owed to people and hindering valuable scientific research. They are con artists who take money out of people to make a profit.
