One of my favourite money earning sites without a doubt, been part of this for a while & it constantly invites me to surveys & doesn't give me any issues when it comes to paying out. Definitely something I'd recommend to anyone who is into this kinda thing

Signed up, immediately banned without explanation

Spend the time verifying my identity, filling in the "About You" section, only to be immediately banned without explanation. Don't waste your time with these clowns. Cue the parrot response "We're sorry we don't have better news".

Provided info then refused access to site, corrected on further enquiries

This site was recommended on a forum I frequent so I decided to sign up for it. I duly answered all the questions asked, verified my telephone number and email address and provided driving licence details to be told that they can't give me access, with no explanation whatsoever. My main concern now is, what are they doing with all of the information they just took, including my driving licence details? My favourite survey site

Prolific are by far my favourite survey site. There's an extensive set-up process when you join, where you fill in a whole load of questions about yourself, and subsequently need to keep up to date when new questions get added. Initially I found it a bit of a slog to get them set up. Now that I'm set up, it's such a great contrast to other sites to not have to enter all that data every time I do a survey, and it also means that you never waste time getting screened out of a survey. Very good but limited

Started on the 27th of march and it is now the 12th of April. I’ve made £31 and have £5.65 pending waiting to be approved. It is all legit but they do limit how many surveys you can do. So if you are making too much too soon then they won’t give you surveys for a day or two even if you are eligible to take them. Otherwise all good.

So far so good! There hasn't been a huge amount of studies but I understand that Prolific want to avoid participants' overexposure and keep them 'naive' to get unbiased, truthful data - it's a good thing in my opinion and I would appreciate that as a researcher. Many of the studies have been really interesting, well paid, conducted by prestigious universities and organisations so doing them feels quite rewarding. Cashing out has been quick and easy.

Quick and helpful customer service

After having some issues with some inclusion criteria, my data was in bad shape and would have been useless for my needs - but after getting in touch with Prolific with my problem - I was promptly replied to with a very helpful and resourceful response that allowed me to save my data set. Very impressed with the speed and knowledge of the help provided.
