Bad communication

Stay away from this company. I made my account, and the moment I upload my ID, they told me my account was on hold, and I couldn't participate. I had to delete my account and can't make any other account because they told me I couldn't and would be on hold if I tried. I tried communicating with them, but they didn't really give me a logical explanation as to why this happened—bad communication.

been using this site for around a month…

been using this site for around a month and so far it's been one of the best survey sites out there. no issues and my first cashout got paid out the next day

Ridiculous company spent ages filling…

Ridiculous company spent ages filling out all my details in great depth and verifiying my is to be told my account has closed and I need to delete my account…. So angrythat I wasted so much time and now they have all my details for what ??? DONT USE PROLIFIC !!!!

Don't bother!

Came here first to mixed reviews but other websites said it's legit. Made a profile after thinking about sharing my info, as soon as I uploaded my driving licence and took photos to verify my identity it said I wasn't accepted. No reason for it, no option to retake photo incase it wasn't good enough lighting. Now I feel like they've just got my details and I have nothing for it! Like others have said - not good communication. I had to do a test surgery to even get to the point of ...

Rules are made for participants, not the researchers. Participants are abusing the system, seeking to complain even if they have failed attention checks. The platform is not very straightforward to use. Participants do take their time to take your survey. I have tracked the time on Survey Monkey and it is 3-4 minutes, whist on Prolific they probably keep the window open and it is 17-20 minutes. Then you have to pay on top for minimum wage per hour. Excellent survey site

This is an excellent survey and study site, far superior to most of the others. I keep my browser page open on the site as surveys fill up their quota within minutes. The rewards in £ per hour are among the best, and the research studies and their tests are interesting though sometimes quite demanding. You cannot sleepwalk or click blindly through them. Sometimes I have no surveys for a week or two, but usually there are at least one or two per day. As I am not relying on it for income, any ...

Excellent study site!

I have recently joined and so glad I did! Although I have seen that studies may be few at the minute due to the summer holidays, they are still coming through and great communication if I have any problems. Payment has also been prompt too.
