Avoid like the plague!. Terrible service! I had signed up with all my profile details truthfully answered. I sat there for well over a month, every day with tabs open waiting for surveys and nothing came in. I decided to contact support and days later was told that my account has been banned because of automation checks with no explanation as to why, as i hadn't even managed to fill one survey!. Hi! I am copying what other person said, the same story. They have just taken all my information and dumped me with no explanation. Ridiculous company spent ages filling out all my details in great depth and verifiying my is to be told my account has closed and I need to delete my account…. One of the best survey sites out there
I've been a member of Prolific since February this year and have had a really good experience. I get lots of interesting surveys and I feel like I'm making a useful contribution to research. I find the layout and workings of the site to be well thought-out and user-friendly. I also like that you only need to earn £5 before you can cash out.

They gyp you
Just joined. I've been doing surveys for 2 days straight. Finally got an answer back for 1 done yesterday, for $5. It lasted over 30mins and I had to do math. It didn't give me a completion code at the end. I submitted it as no code completion. They denied it and said that there's no proof I did it. They said that my user ID wasn't even there. I call bs.... Absolute lie and a waste of my time.

Hardley any surveys… what is going on?
Up until last week i would say it was one of the best site. Everyone was getting about 10-15 surveys a day…However, staring this week i am getting one survey a day worth a couple of cents! Everyone is complaining about the same issue. No explanation from them!😲 please beware

Easy way to get a bit extra cash
Have been using Prolific on and off for the last year and have racked up over £100 for minimal effort. I believe if I dedicate time every single day to this I could achieve maybe 5 times that in the next year. Very easy to use

Brilliant
Brilliant, I have been doing surveys for Prolific for several months now and have accumulated quite a bit in my acount. Not only have I enjoyed doing them in my spare time, I have now been paid, just before my holiday and I'm very pleased...a nice way to spend some free time

Bad communication
Stay away from this company. I made my account, and the moment I upload my ID, they told me my account was on hold, and I couldn't participate. I had to delete my account and can't make any other account because they told me I couldn't and would be on hold if I tried. I tried communicating with them, but they didn't really give me a logical explanation as to why this happened—bad communication.
