prokey hardware wallet is no good the services are no good the wallet is useless i been trying over a year now to have them to fix my btc and zcash wallets and no help at all if you're looking for a good wallet prokey is not the way to go they keep telling me to send a screenshot i try and that's failing too, they are going to tell you to get web3 internet which is not in homes yet after a year of using this wallet it sucks and the customer service sucks ditch prokey you're going to have ...

I have used a couple of hardware…
I have used a couple of hardware wallets but Prokey was the best in terms of security and ease of use. This is the only wallet that doesn’t need to install application and works perfectly by a web browser.

One of the crypto hardware wallet for people who have labtop or PC. It’s more secure than most of hardware wallets and doesn’t need to install application or drivers to run. Customer support have been responsive always and understanding. Only problem is lack of mobile application and I hope company release an app for mobile users soon.

I’ve received great customer support since the first day I’ve been using Prokey. This company made using hardware wallet easy for everyone. just by adding more assets, I think they’ll have a bright future in the industry.

Prokey is an excellent hardware wallet for anyone who needs to secure his crypto, I have been using Prokey Optimum since 4 months ago and never had a problem with that. customer support is friendly and responsive and even reached my voice to developers to add a feature.
