No Contractors Welcome
I love your site, but I cannot download anything unless I have a "business" email domain. So when I'm contracting and using my MSN and GMAIL accounts, I'm told I can't access your stuff, which is, of course, when I need it the most!

I am deeply disappointed by the way…
I am deeply disappointed by the way this company operates. The "trial" is a subscription set up. I am a sole operator. I looked at the software and decided immediately it would not work for what I needed. I never used their software again, but was charged for it - not cheap. They KNOW I haven't used their product. I cannot understand how you can morally operate a company this way. Clearly I am not alone in this experience or belief. Beware. Not worth the risk of checking their product out. ...

Zombie Alert ! Your account never dies, nor does you credit card info.
Beware: you have to provide your credit card to sign up for a "trial" version; once you do that, if you attempt to delete your account, then all you get is a note in your undeletable account that it has been cancelled: you cannot get rid of the credit card info and - like a zombie - you account remains alive but in a state where even more money can be scammed from you.

No pro-rata refund: they know they're rubbish !

SCAM! Even if you only sign up for 1 account they will bill you for 10 accounts. They cannot be contacted to cancel the subscription. You will not get your money back and it will not be treated as fraudulent as you willingly supplied your card detailsPlease do not fall into this trap - The software is basic and no use. Solution to timing problem caused by Covid.
