Scam Artists

They billed me within 7 days of trial start, not 30 days as stated, and for a team licence, which multiplied the advertised monthly cost by 10x. This bill was for $200 per month and they were able to bill me three times before I was able to get it cancelled. $600 for a service I never once used, and according to their T&Cs there are no refunds and not a single person to call. This company is a scammer.

Nothing to add regarding the software, but this company is extremely unprofessional. Instead of relying on its software quality and use, it scams users with misleading free trials and no-refund policies.Last month I was looking for an online programme which would allow me to open Microsoft Project files and that is how I found ProjectManager. Scam artists. Conveniently didn’t get my email to cancel when I couldn’t locate a cancellation option online. Charged $375 for a useless product, for a team of users I don’t have.

Be careful...You pay per licence!! Business option min $375 p/mth ($25 x 15 licences)

Do not sign up for free trial!!!! It's the first and last time I've made such a mistake. There wasn't a way to cancel my sign-up online and I ran out of time to contact them. Thinking I would be charged $25 for this oversight, I was charged $375USD which is $557 Australian. Just discovered this on my credit card. What do you like best? I like that tool, provides different functions which allow you to maintain an internal communication with the entire team, achieving that tasks are developed in the best way and thus improve collaboration among all members of the team.
