Do not sign up for free trial
Do not sign up for free trial! Completely misleading! I missed cancellation by 1 day - could not find the cancellation button. The company charged me $375 lump sum per month for 15 users; do not let the $25 fool you! It isn’t monthly; it is per user. They refuse to refund anything. Money driven. No compassion.

Great Tools for Long-Term Project Goals!
What do you like best? Being able to communicate back and forth via comments, friendly user interface and the time sheet for tracking purposes. It's great to have the GANTT chart to oversee how the project is going. You can even put percentages on each task with how much is complete. What do you dislike? Be careful! Incorporative company
I tried the free trail to see if this tool was relevant for a small project eith 3-6 people. I quickly decided it wasn't and cancelled my subscribtion in the interface, a feauture only "available" on trail period. I didn't think more of it until they billed me for 12 users of premium use ($350/month) - on my personal account! I contacted the company describing the situation. With no help other than cancelling my account for future use and payments. Now months later with help from my bank - ...

Adapts to different project methodologies
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that I can customize it in different ways based on the project model. I can choose Kanban or Gantt Charts or both, and, throw in task lists, I have a flexible tool that adapts to different methodologies. Innovative system to help organize your team and drive your projects to hit all your milestones. There are a few bugs here and there, but the company is great at taking feedback on concerns but also ways the system could work better for your specific company and quickly putting out new system updates to improve.

Never use the trial! Never submit your credit card to them! They will charge you silently, starting from $150 per month! They will never return the money! They also hire click farms to promote their software!

Projectmanager.com has been a great tool for our department. Their customer success team is extremely responsive and willing assist with meeting our specific needs of the tool. I would recommend using this tool for your internal team.
