What do you like best about Prodigal? With Prodigal, our agents can now use ProNotes to focus on doing their job rather than note taking. And importantly, our compliance teams can do higher end work rather than just listening to call after call. What do you like best about Prodigal? I like how responsive the team is to complete customizations that meet our needs. The platform features are robust but simple to navigate and use. "Overall prodigal is easy to use"

What do you like best about Prodigal? Call Trnscript can be seen in details... What do you dislike about Prodigal? Although the call transcript is visible it is wrong in some cases, and for some calls the tags occupy so much space that the transcripts are barely visible. What problems is Prodigal solving and how is that benefiting you? I do use Prodigal for udits, calls plays with transcript and the automated score crads are very useful.

"The most easy-to-use app for daily use"

What do you like best about Prodigal? The transcription is the part that I like the most. Though it is not a cent percent correct, still the most helpful one. Another one is the ease of the search options. What do you dislike about Prodigal? There is not something like that to dislike, but still, the recently caused downtime was a really tough time for daily works. What problems is Prodigal solving and how is that benefiting you? The day-to-day job and related issues I solve with the app.
