What do you like best? The fact that you could take payment with a credit card by swiping on a machine rather than entering it in the program. What do you dislike? It takes some getting used to. What do you like best? Great software for childcare companies. Great way to do billing for multiple locations, for parents to pay at kiosk, and for parents to check in their children. Organized information

What do you like best? The most helpful thing about ProCare is the filter option. I love being able to filter by classroom to make email lists for newsletters easy. Accepting payments is also super easy. What do you dislike? I don't like having to close the payments each night. I wish it was automated at a certain time. What do you like best? This program is used on the everyday bases at the childcare program I work at and is very reliable. What do you dislike? The only time we ran into a problem with this program is when it crashes every one and a while. What do you like best? The simplicity of the program. Very user friendly and if you need support, they are very responsive. Love the options of all the different modules. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I do not like about procare. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Procare is used to track the children enrolled in our program. The benefit of the software is the simplicity of it.

Clock in and out

What do you like best? I liked the ease of used when I came to using it for both parents and employees. What do you dislike? When it would crash, and the system would take about 15-20 minutes to reboot. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None

Intuitive and useful

What do you like best? With Procare you can track all sorts of different data (billing, payments, addresses, family members, check-in/out times, have pictures on file) and it is very intuitive and easy to learn. What do you dislike? You cannot be signed into your procare at the same time on two different computers. You must log out of one and that can be aggravating when you work at different computers. Complex, yet efficient and very useful!

What do you like best? I enjoy the availability of student data with this program. The search tools are great and allow me to pull up information on a specific person or family in an instant. Then, on the same screen I can input their attendance, update immunizations, view all contact info for parents, view the billing, etc. This has been an incredible tool to also run mass reports and rosters.
