What do you like best? The simplicity of the program. Very user friendly and if you need support, they are very responsive. Love the options of all the different modules. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I do not like about procare. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Procare is used to track the children enrolled in our program. The benefit of the software is the simplicity of it.

Intuitive and useful

What do you like best? With Procare you can track all sorts of different data (billing, payments, addresses, family members, check-in/out times, have pictures on file) and it is very intuitive and easy to learn. What do you dislike? You cannot be signed into your procare at the same time on two different computers. You must log out of one and that can be aggravating when you work at different computers. What do you like best? Procare syncs with other products, such as Tadpoles, and our keyless entry system. What do you dislike? Takes a long time to log in to the system and we are required to change passwords every ninety days. Everything in one program!

What do you like best? My billing time has gone from 8-10 hours (100 accounts, manual billing, unable to email) to 1 hr - start to finish including sending emails! I can pull ledgers for each family, enter in special formulas for special situations, and I can pull time cards on students! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Procare is very user friendly and has more than enough reports and tools that will help along with child care managament. What do you like best? The fact that you could take payment with a credit card by swiping on a machine rather than entering it in the program. What do you dislike? It takes some getting used to.
