I think it could probably be a little bit more user friendly, took me a while to be able to navigate the app. What problems is Privy solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Privy? The features about Privy are amazing, as is the support team. What do you dislike about Privy? One thing that I wish was better with Privy was tagging certain customers based on what they have bought. But even then they have a solution for that. What problems is Privy solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer segmentation and automation. The overall benefits have just been the fact that we can get generate more revenue from our customers.

We like the clear layout and performance metrics of our email campaigns and the dynamic and much-used email collector, the discount wheel has proved to be very effective. What do you dislike about Privy? There isn't too much to dislike though I can see Privi moving into the territory of Klavio.
