Good network speed and working well
I had an initial setup problem but had a great response from the support team and it's now working very well. The network speed seems to be very close to my normal internet bandwidth (12mbs) which is very satisfactory. Highly recommended.

Excellent app plus friendly professional online support
Excellent app plus friendly professional online support. The installation went smooth on my 2 year old IPhone and IPad. The installation on my old Mac with OS 10.10 wouldn’t work. However, I got excellent and friendly on-line support to find a way around the compatibility-issue and the problem was solved in 15 minutes. Since, the connection has been very smooth and quick, without interruptions, except after a “sleep” period, when one just has to re-connect and it works fine again.

Excellent service for a great price!

Great VPN but need support to help
After subscribe to their VPN, I've directly use it with Netflix. But it does streams with Full HD. So, I change the connection type by myself and it still does not help. Therefore, I send an email to them saying it does not work with my Netflix.Eventually, they solved my issue but it takes several days. All steps and optimization should be done on the first reply to my report (email). Nevertheless, it is a fast VPN.p/s: I'm from Malaysia
