Very good service, reliable connectivity, good features, customer support and prices
The connectivity to any VPN Provider is very difficult in my Country, however, Private VPN has overcome this problem, and worked just fine.The features are really good, all what you want and even more.The service is stable.Last but not least; the customer service is very helpful and professional; it played a crucial part of resolving the technical difficulties I faced in the beginning.And finally, the prices are really good compared to other VPN Providers.

Excellent Assistance and Feedback
Excellent assistance and feedback from Manish G., IT Support Mgr.. His assistance with easy instructions and later follow up was a welcome surprise to me and for him to know how the Private VPN App. was working and if there were any further issues on it, when I was using it. He e-mailed me the new updated version with a link and it was downloaded and ready to go in about 10 minutes with the restarting of the laptop, I was very pleased to see everything was back online like it was before. ...

My PrivateVPN worked a treat for 9 months
My PrivateVPN worked a treat for 9 months.Then probably due to a 'surge' or outage of WI-FI it was non responsive. I tried to make some adjustments to no avail.I sent an email to customer services at privatevpn and within a fewhours a response email from them detailed 2 alternative solutions.10 minutes after getting this email the system was working well again.Great service in a timely fashion from this company has helped me have confidence in them as a good service provider of VPN for my needs.

Whenever I have needed technical support it has been delivered quickly and efficiently. The pricing of the product is very competitive. PrivateVPN does the job it is designed to do very well. I would recommend this product to everyone that needs a vpn.
