Based on my experience I recommend PrivateVPN
I have been a PrivateVPN customer for almost 2 years now and have no complaints. Well, one I guess. Even though it is fairly simple to setup and use PrivateVPN on Linux I wouldn't mind a graphical GUI like in Windows.That aside, PrivateVPN has been rock solid stable. Never dropped connection. Speed is constant (about 200-280Mbit on my 300/100 line)I have used it abroad on my android phone and iPad. Countries like Finland, United Kingdom, France, Philippines and South Africa. I was using "ANOTHER" VPN......
I was using Private Internet Access (PIA) before coming over to Private VPN and I'm happy I did. Connection is stable, usually fast and most importantly, secure. When I want privacy, I don't want to worry about dropped or insecure connections. With Private VPN, I never worry about that. And my 1st experience at customer service was quick, helpful and most importantly, handled professionally. I like these guys...

Fast and can spoof location
What do you like best? I like how PrivateVpn allows you to spoof your location to countries you are not actually in. It is also fast, i didn't notice it slowing down my computer one bit. I also like that they offer a 7 day free trial. What do you dislike? Honestly, there isn't anything i dislike.
