PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is designed for non-technical uses like me, I think. I was able to set it up in no time and connect to its server fast. Uptime is 100% for me, didn’t notice any drops over the course of 3 months that I’ve been using it. I’m confident my data is locked out from prying eyes. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Only 27 country locations but that’s enough for me. Are you a current user of this product? Yes

This is an excellent service

This is an excellent service. I easily connected to their server closest to me and have not experienced any problems or slowing of data. I’m confident that a quick visit to the FAQ section will answer the few questions I have. I feel better that my data is protected and secure. I should have done this a long time ago.

Fast VPN with very good speed and best support and serviceI searched a vpn without logs. So i found privateVPN with some special offers. I booked a package with less discount. But after a short email conversation, the support added me the months from the better offer.

Very Good Service

The VPN itself works very well. I had a couple of questions and contacted customer service. The site said I would get a response within 24 hours. The response came much quicker than that and the advice was helpful. I also liked that you appear to be exchanging emails with a real person rather than a bot.

Connects to plenty of devices

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It allows me to use six devices under my account! I think that’s the most number of devices around. That’s a lot of convenience when I needed to shift from my home PC to phone while traveling and into my office laptop. Of course this flexibility is useless if the speed is slow. Service is great

Service is great. Works with Netflix, Hulu all over the world. Customer service is prompt and handles your problems and very easy to get connected with. All this and a great price. The service is easy to use with their aps. Needed a VPN that did not keep records and has strict policy of this. Private VPN fits this description. Was a little concerned when i first signed up but after two years will not go elsewhere.

I was struggling to connect to Sky through a UK server trying everything without success, but one request for help was instantly forthcoming and solved the issue. Furthermore, I was surprised at the quick response and follow-up to an unrelated issue. Best and fastest service I’ve encountered.

Great customer service

Every time I have had an issue with Private VPN (More down to my lack of tech savvy than the VPN itself, which works superbly) they have responded almost immediately to help. Can`t fault their Customer Service!

Hi purchased vpn

Hi purchased vpn and installed good, but it wouldn't work on Kindle fire or our newish Android TV .BBC Iplayer and TV HUB so contacted help line and in they were willing to help sorting our issues. But at 75 and all tablets and tv working i was not prepared to start playing around, especially has I am not I t savey. And asked for a refund. That was done within 15 mins of asking. Could i recommend the V P N not really. But customer service 100%.
