Wow! Customer service is definitely the number one priority with Preferred Patron. We were informed by the company that was handling our previous reward program that they were discontinuing the loyalty program in their portfolio and that we needed to find another one to pick up. I've used Preferred Patron Customer Loyalty since 2011 at my Golf Facility.Our guests love that we recognize our Loyal Customers and we love that we no longer have to discount product in order to reward them. My staff is amazed at how engaged our guests are in the program and has created so much Loyalty in our customers. I looked at MANY programs and Preferred Patron is superior to any other programs I have tested. I would recommend them VERY Highly.
