What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I love PI. The relationship 1:1 tool is extremely helpful for team dynamics, and it's extremely easy to use. It's great for hiring and team development. Also, love the interview tool. Using PI for hiring has helped us with making decisions in regards to candidates we're on the line about. With PI, I have a dedicated specialist who knows EVERYTHING about the system and is always available. It is so easy to read, and is one to two pages, versus the 10+ pages of the other one.
