This tool gives you a more insightful view into both new candidates you are looking to bring on to your team, as well as providing a useful evaluation of the characteristics of your current team. What do you like best about The Predictive Index? It was spot on. I didnt even realize I had some of the attributes until I read that, then it clicked and it all made sense.
