What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I like that it can help you learn how to communicate effectively with others. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? I find some people rely too much on the report and should use experience and resume in conjunction with the PI Index What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you? PI Index helps hire brokers/salespersons that require specific behaviors. The PI Index also helps with communication barriers.

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? The accuracy of the personality description and how you can see areas of opportunity for you and your team to work on. It really helps to get to know your team and how you can get to use their skills better. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? Perhaps I'd like to have the training on the go. I'd like your mobile app to work so that I can take lessons while I travel and I don't have access to my laptop. Recommendations to others ...

Not having the option to retake the Self-Concept, after being in a role that is supposed to align with your personality it would be nice to see if it was true. Once you have a good understanding, you know what motivates them and what their communication style it, etc. It's like an instant insight that is fabulous to have and enables you to optimize your time together.
