What do you like best about The Predictive Index? Very accurate insight into employees behavior and natural style. Great for recruiting and interviewing, but also for looking at teams and for individual interactions. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? Could have used more help on the initial set-up. Guessed on a few settings and approaches that were hard to correct later. There was a coach assigned but I didn't take advantage of that resource as much as I should ...
