"Helpful and in-depth analysis to improve and understanding relationships"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I really enjoy the science behind the entire model. Some companies only use a version of the behavioral and I don't think it goes as in-depth as PI. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? I would like easier tutorials so I can send it out to employees to learn on their own. There are quite a few Behavioral Assessments out there, but when you combine how short the assessment is, with how accurate it is, and then have tools to use the results to improve your team... you have a really powerful tool at your fingertips.
