Precisely is a great tool that allows us to have consistent template contracts and amendments while giving independence to team members and ensuring approvals are logged by management. "Easy and editable contracting system"

What do you like best about Precisely? Easy to use, many possibilities to edit templates, add logic etc. What do you dislike about Precisely? Not able to import basic data (projects, contacts, companies) to the system to choose from. What problems is Precisely solving and how is that benefiting you? E.g. purchase contracts and HR contracts are made in Precisely. Templates are always up to date, e-signature in use, contract data is in structural format and can be used in other system via API.

Some formatting lack of options such as, date formats are not exhaustive, indents to format letter view are minimal, numbering can be an issue sometimes. What do you dislike about Precisely? If I have to find something, it could be that you have to manually fill in the metadata on uploaded agreements, which probably would be a tricky feature to add. Obviously the product, and how easy it is to take "word template contracts" and turn them into automated dynamic and flexible contracts.
