What problems is PractiTest solving and how is that benefiting you? I found new software to show to my company and introcude them.

What do you like best about PractiTest? Integration with Atlassian tools. A lot of report types (personalized by a user per the project). Support from the PractiTest site is great! What do you dislike about PractiTest? The colors of the graph from Reports are not optimal. But it is excel, so I can change it. What problems is PractiTest solving and how is that benefiting you? We use the PractiTest to manage to test for 18 projects and others are increasing. Same process, same results, same using.
