It was confusing to learn how to save a canned sheet for a client. It is important to be able to have a saved plan/saved goals for the client so that notes can be completed quickly. What do you like best about PracticeSuite? Scheduling system is clear and easy to use. I like to be able to see everything laid out. Glad we can still drag and drop scheduled appointments. What do you like best about PracticeSuite? I like the simplicity of the scheduler in that we can view all the therapists’ schedule for that day or you own week schedule. I like the organization of the colors based on different appointments. What do you dislike about PracticeSuite? I don’t like that it automatically kicks you out after 1 hour inactivity or freezes when you’re mid note.
