"The best tool to make videos online"
What do you like best about Powtoon? It is reliable; they are constantly adding new templates and improving the product. Renders are relatively fast and working with Powtoon is very easy

I was unable to export the video after…
I was unable to export the video after I had finished making the Powtoon. The system said it was because there were premium items in the Powtoon. Whilst making the Powtoon I did not see a watermark on any of the items I'd used in my Powtoon. I was unable. to locate the premium items to remove them. Since this video was needed for a PD workshop on Monday, I contacted customer service via email and they sorted it out very efficiently and quickly and offered to export the Powtoon to a video ...

Powtoon Customer Support always responds quickly and is personal and helpful in their response. I love this service, it's different customizations and its willingness to implement new features. But I'm really glad there are real people on the other end when technology has hiccups.
