Corrected a Hacked Email
I woke up this morning to 350 emails in my inbox. Someone used my email and my common password that was shared on the dark net to sign me up for 300 + lists to hide that they hacked into a payment account. I contacted Powtoon, letting them know I was hacked and asked to be removed. They responded to me immediately and canceled my email. This is the best Customer Service I have ever received from a place I have no service with! Thank you Ron.

Timely Response!
I was impressed with their support system: instant acknowledgement email after my inquiry; a live person attended my question in about two hours; after account verification, my question was answered in three hours time window! Pretty impressive in the age of BOT as first tier support!

Prompt Resolution to Issue
I'm a new user using the free account. I put in 20 hours working on a project for a school course - when I finished I was surprised to find out I couldn't download it without paying for upgraded service. I stripped out the premium objects I used but couldn't download them with the approaching deadline. A Saturday night service request fixed the problem within hours.
