Its overrated
Its overrated. I was impressed with the video explainer ad as seen on Meta, but as i logged in. Everything is only available in a paid version. There is no template or design editor seen even if i click the create button. This is such a hype given for nothing

$250 Gone to WASTE!
During the process of making my powtoon project, the software was lagging which caused me to spend twice as much time on it. Once I completed making my powtoon (which was amazing to see how great it looked), I thought perhaps the lagging would go away once I export the video. However, the video also came out laggy and I exported the same video multiple times to see if the quality would change (it didn't!). I then sent an email regarding this issue and requested a refund if not full maybe ...
