Problematic plugins

Problematic plugins. Each plugin comes with limitations and need to pay to unlock features. Beware not to be trapped. Like many devious companies, they make it hard for you to cancel. No customer service. This is an automated platform running on a subscription basis as a vehicle for generating side revenue.

They make money on a subscription model so you forget you signed up and then they bill you and make it difficult to cancel. AVOID THEM!

DON'T USE IT or You need to read through the cancel and return policy

Unfortunately, I did not find this review before making a payment. I have just found out after spending a yearly subscription. Only in a few minutes and I want to downgrade the plan to the monthly subscription, there was no prorate or cancellation policy, no satisfaction guarantee. Once you are trapped and have paid, nothing can be changed or refunded. I think It's too expensive for less value.

I have this app installed on my Wix website for some function, don't even remember what it is, but it almost immediately started sending me annoying spam emails. I'll be reviewing what I'm using the app for, and if I really need it

This company is misleading

This company is misleading! Alert! We pre-paid a year for one of their plugins and it didn't work on our site and they also mislead what its capabilities are. We asked for a full refund and they refused, stating that they have a strict 5 day refund and we asked on the 6th day. If they would've have gotten back to us earlier with the issues we were having we would've been within their terrible 5 day refund policy. What kind of a company wants to keep their customers money for services that ...

Avoid Powr.io - not worth it

To be able to use Powr.io you need their business plan which costs $80/month (!!!!) if you pay monthly or $72 if you pay for 12 months upfront (DON'T DO THAT).The lower plans they have are just unusable. All the plugins have critical limitations. For example, you will not be able to moderate comments (in all plugins were user comments are). This means that anybody can use any cuss words on your website and yo will not be able to do anything. Also for social media posts, you can't choose ...

This is a terrible plugin app site

This is a terrible plugin app site. I bought a yearly subscription from them through PayPal and after realizing that they don't listen to their customers, I decided to get a refund.I had several back and forth conversations with the powr team to get my money back and it was all a waste of time.So I have decided to open a Paypal dispute and Paypal decided the case in their favor. After a few days, I went back to check on my Powr.io account only to find out that they have deactivated my ...
