Five years experience with using Powered Now

I have used Powered Now for business invoicing for five years. As a Heating Engineer, I couldn’t do without it now. It’s made the payment part of the job easy. I normally use my iPad, and if I’m billing for service work I can simply use the hotspot WiFi on my iPhone and send the invoice whilst still in the customers house. Customer Service is next to none!

Firstly the app is ideal and works well, extremely powerful once you get the hang of it. Secondly, the team (Chloe, Luke and Woody) are always available to help and extremely patient when training.

we had a very poor experience…

Overall we had a very poor experience with powered now. There Customer support team was almost impossible to get ahold of. Most of the time I was stuck trying to talk to a bot. Very frustrating. We switch to a new product and they provided resources and customer support people to make sure we were utilizing their product to maximize value for our company. In addition we stop using powered now early (we signed up for one year membership) after the year concluded they charged again for the ...

THE BEST SOFTWARE FOR BUILDERS ETC

I have tried most if not all the software packages out there. Firstly I am responsible for not only working on site but doing the dreaded paperwork. Mostly knackered by the end of the day its paperwork time. I could hardly see what the other apps where very very small ok if your a computer nut but I’m certainly not. We run a very busy pest control company and I have been using Powered Now for a few years for all my daily job management. If ever I have a problem, ( and that is VERY rare) the help centre team bend over backwards to help get me up and running again.I highly recommend Powered Now

What a lovely team

The support took a while to respond, but the lovely mannerism and patience with me being a complete newbie to powered now. Has made it all worth while. Looking forward getting to know this program better.

Disgraceful

We switched to Powered Now earlier this month as we had to change our software. We had a few very promising demos and training sessions, however when we went live we found lots of issues with the everyday use of the system. You cannot open more than one window so it’s hard to write an invoice and see all of the job information at the same time. When booking a job, you can’t see which engineer is booked in for other jobs so you can’t easily book an appointment without it clashing with ...

A reasonably easy platform for our business needs and accounting. The team themselves are extremely helpful and are prepared to look at adding ideas into the platform to meet our needs.Well worth the monthly fee.
