What do you like best about PowerDMS? When we disseminate a new or updated policy, supervisors can view in real time who has or has not completed review. We used to have to send out sign-off sheets, and wait until they were returned. Now, it's simply a matter of running a quick report to see what still needs done.

"Easy to use "
What do you like best about PowerDMS? Simplicity of uploading and editing policies for my agency. Ability to run reports. Ability to add videos and PowerPoint presentations to be viewed online and save me from having to have numerous classes and take people away from their jobs to attend the classes.

What do you like best about PowerDMS? PowerDMS is excellent for policy management and training documents. It is very user-friendly and easily searchable. I really like the fact that I do not have to worry about losing any of my documents either.

What do you like best about PowerDMS? PowerDMS makes it easy to involve stakeholders into the decision process of document approvals and changes. It also will track where and who each document is with to make followup with particular stakeholders easy to do.
