Great for Small Business!!

I was able to quickly learn Power Diary. I love being able to create and send clients templated emails. The scheduling and invoicing is simple and it is easy to track payments as well. It does everything I need it to do for my business!

"Excellent management tool"

What do you like best about Power Diary? The best thing about Power Diary is how simple and straughtforward it is to use. Training time is minimal for staff members to be able to grasp how to use it. What do you dislike about Power Diary? There needs to be more features to amend appointments in the client portal What problems is Power Diary solving and how is that benefiting you? Always great customer service and just a great platform

The standout for me with Power Diary is their Customer Service. It's always available, easy to access, and you can trust they'll come back to you if the answer requires additional expertise. But the system itself is so user friendly, with lots of great functionality. We're a small team and with very little IT experience in-house, we were able to implement the system quickly and easily.

What do you like best about Power Diary? PowerDiary has been great for working with an offsite admin. My admin is able to seamlessly communicate with me using flags, to do lists and creating tasks. I love that PowerDiary is a one-stop shop making additional third-party apps unnecessary. This has allowed for a simple and streamlined system which as a busy soletrader is perfect.
