Could not be happier with the platform

Power Diary makes the day-to-day running of my practice so easy. We have gone from one practitioner to now having three; everyone can use it with only a few clicks. It was easy to implement into our practice, and as a bonus, it links with Xero, so our accounts always have up-to-date information. I'm on Power Diary six days a week with our practice, and only once have I had to reach out to customer support.

At first it was challenging to…

At first it was challenging to understand all the different bells and whistles of Power Diary but I am getting my footing now and thanks to their YouTube videos and responsiveness from staff I am looking forward to utilizing Power Diary upon expanding my practice later this year!

Power Diary is straightforward and easy…

Power Diary is straightforward and easy to navigate, however it is the additional support and training sessions that really make a huge difference. I have had wonderful experiences learning from your team and it has really helped when starting out using an unfamiliar system.

Communication is always very helpful…

Communication is always very helpful including any follow-ups required. Timely responses to questions are critical for the smooth running of our practice. IT have rolled-out many changes we have suggested, making us feel a valued customer of PD, not just a number. Recent breakdown issues with PD have been dealt with quickly and recognition of inconvenience and apologies received, which is a nice touch these days!

So far, so good

So far, so good. The site is user friendly and the set up instructions are clear to follow as they are broken down into step by step instructions. At present, I am liking their automation options as it helps to save time. Hoping more automation options become available.

Used to love the system - not now

Used to love the system, but change that have been made have made it unworkable and tampered with many custom templates which took hours to create and will require this amount of time again. The responses from the customer service team are always polite, but it never actually changes anything and feels very much like lip service rather than truly taken on board. After using the system for years I will start looking for a new system which is a shame, but the extra time demands the 'update' ...

Absolutely love PowerDiary!

I absolutely love PowerDiary! It has made my life as a solo practitioner Psychology practice with only occasional admin support, sooo much easier, and has saved me so much time. I've found a few workarounds to make it work even better for me. For example, to put reminders in for myself for my own personal appointments - as the Personal Appointment option doesn't have reminders, I simply make an appointment for a 'New Client' and call it eg "Chiro Appt 5.30" and use my number as the ...
