Just moved to PD

I moved to Power Diary a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with PD, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that PD charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), ...

Powerdiary is an excellent resource to have. It is easy to set up and use. It is very efficient for scheduling appointments and it makes writing notes as easy as can be. Powerdiary has exceptional customer support which is quick and very effective at solving any issues that arise. Powediary makes billing and invoicing seamless. I love Power Diary! It's so convenient and easy for my clients! They get reminders and making notes is so easy with so many templates to choose from.

The Real

I love most everything about Power Diary. Super easy to use and has made our client management more efficient. The only changes I would like to see is greater task function and more control over field naming and population.

My experience so far has been wonderful due to the wealth of information and support provided. From recorded webinars, topic guide pages, to in real time chat with a real person. I have experienced respectful interactions with support staff and feel totally supported as I build my private practice.

Time saver!

I absolutely love Power diary, it has helped me 'tidy up' my private practice admin and saved me so much time. Having the calendar, notes and invoicing all in one place is just so convenient. The system is easy to use but if you have any problems the team are really quick, efficient and helpful. I cannot recommend enough and have already shared with my supervisee's.
