What do you like best about Power Diary? Easy to use and set up, and does everything I need to run my business. What do you dislike about Power Diary? "Excellent platform for small business"

What do you like best about Power Diary? It is very simple to use and easy to get support if it is needed. It has worked exceptionally well with the NDIS system and I have not had to worry at all about whether my invoices will be processed. What do you dislike about Power Diary? I have not been able to get it to synchronize with the calendar on my iPhone - I think this is complicated because my microsoft account is used for my personal phone and computer as well as my work. What do you like best about Power Diary? We began using this software in 2019 and have never looked back. For an allied health service it is the total package. The system is so easy to use. It is the most customisable client management software I've ever seen. They are super quick to respond to help requests. "Good value and responsive support"

What do you like best about Power Diary? As a psychologist starting my own solo telehealth practice in a very gradual way, I needed a practice management system that would be easy to use and not cost too much at the beginning. The system is easy to use, but even when I get a bit lost the help available is quick and friendly.

Easy Practice System for Therapists

Easy to set up, I liked the forms templates which I customised to suit my private practice. I was able to create an automatic response, and a new client intake form is sent out automatically when a new client books. Plus it has an integrated payment system. So far I'm impressed with the intuitive way that it is set up, since I started using it. The help info online and customer support has exceeded my expectations so far.

I love the way each client's information is so easy to access, and the colour coding is brilliant, you can see at a glance who you have, where from and if anything needs to be done before session. What do you dislike about Power Diary? No much really, maybe that there is so much I think I may be missing a trick. What problems is Power Diary solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps me to keep on top of my clients and outstanding tasks.
