What do you like best about Power Diary? Great software and really helpful staff. They respond quickly and helpfully with any issues. It saves us time, and increases our productivity. What do you like best about Power Diary? Reduced paperwork, intuitive, clear diary and processes, reduces admin, helpful staff, all questions answered quickly What do you dislike about Power Diary? Needs to interact with Xero better and connect with square What problems is Power Diary solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps with scheduling and managing a large organisation, we have been able to keep clients happier and increase communication leading to better performance

What do you like best about Power Diary? It is very easy to use and if you are stuck at any time help is readily available. What do you dislike about Power Diary? When entering notes using free text the tab button doesn't work so you have to indent text using the spacebar. What problems is Power Diary solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Power Diary? Power Diary is a great all in one solution for seeing clients. I have enabled clients to book via my website, I am able to add notes securely for each client, as well as invoice them. The telehealth option is great for online sessions. It helps us be more productive, realives admin stress and decrease no-shows.

What do you like best about Power Diary? I like how I can do booking, billing, note-taking, telehealth, and even bookkeeping - all in one place. What do you dislike about Power Diary? Because so much of Powerdiary is automated (which is a good thing!) it can take a while to set-up and get your head around it. What problems is Power Diary solving and how is that benefiting you? Minus marketing, its solving most of my business problems.

"Easy to use, has all the features I need to make my business run smooth and streamlined"

What do you like best about Power Diary? Once the initial set up process is completed i.e. email format, invoices, diary and notes format, I've found the whole system has saved my admin time and stress! What do you dislike about Power Diary? It's a little tricky to set up block booking appointments as it would help me to have an automated countdown way of knowing how many sessions have been used.
