What do you like best about Power Diary? One major component you’ll need in private practice is a HIPAA compliant EHR that is easy to use. I love using PowerDiary because I’ve been able to automate a lot of simple tasks. What do you like best about Power Diary? We absolutely love PowerDiary. After initial PowerDiary training, all our counsellors have reported that the system is easy to understand and to work with. What do you like best about Power Diary? Intuitive and great features. I've been using it for about 6 years now- both as sole practictioner and in a group practice. I use it every day. You cannot choose a service type in reporting, instead you have to download in excel the whole report for that time period and location and filter the service. What do you like best about Power Diary? I have everything in one place, can work from anywhere if I needed to and only need my computer. I'm not skilled in IT and the prompt support from the staff is increadible - they are also in Australia and I never waited long for a reply. Once I didn't understand their instruction on email so we even had a phone conversation until I sorted my issues.
