Worst software I have used in 10 years

This software is horrible. I have hated it for 2 years hoping I would get better at it. Always thinking it must be me. I will learn the super complex system.I never did. I use dozens of softwares. Nothing has ever been so bad. You may not believe me, but you wait. The moment you don't have somebody handholding you, you won't be able to do what you need to do.Also manual payouts?
