PostAffiliatePro Affiliate Software - using it for IBScoach.org
We are a Health Tech company - we needed an independent affiliate program setup for our latest Self administered Health solution - IBSCoach.org We looked around for all the solutions and settled on PostAffiliatePro for price and function value for money.So far we are happy with the (SAAS) Software. There is one feature missing for us - that is that we can set the payments per currency (currently you can only set one) but apart from that we are very pleased with our choice.

What do you like best about Post Affiliate Pro? How professional it looks and the support offered from the team What do you dislike about Post Affiliate Pro? To edit somethings you have to code it yourself which isn't in my skill set Recommendations to others considering Post Affiliate Pro: Make sure you take plenty of time to do it and do it in detail What problems is Post Affiliate Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? "Tech Support Nightmare"
What do you like best about Post Affiliate Pro? They have a reasonable price structure compared to others. What do you dislike about Post Affiliate Pro? Terrible and slow tech support. Only answers one email (usually not actually of any value) in the middle of the night. Will literally take 3-4 weeks for a single integration. They will not even respond about a refund. "Robust software that is easy to implement and customize"
What do you like best about Post Affiliate Pro? There is a plugin or built-in feature for pretty much anything you want to do with your affiliate program that can be implemented with the push of a button. What do you dislike about Post Affiliate Pro? Although I've never used another affiliate program, I believe other software/services have networks of affiliates that you can tap into to to improve your program, PAP doesn't have that. "Six months in and off to a great start."
What do you like best about Post Affiliate Pro? Their platform is very robust and claimed to cover all the things we wanted to do. That matched with their knowledge bases and friendly support we are off to a great working relationship. What do you dislike about Post Affiliate Pro? We've been using Post Affiliate Pro for about 3-4 years now. It's a great software with tons of easy integrations and ways to customize commissions to fit exactly what you need. Better yet, their customer service is fantastic. An agent is almost always available by live chat, and when they're not, you can leave an email that will be answered by the next day without fail.
