"The Connectors Are Always Broken And Support Is Awful"

What do you like best about Porter? Some of the connectors (when they work) are nice and have lots of options to customize your data sets. What do you dislike about Porter? The connectors are always broken and it is always an error on the Porter Metrics end. It makes it extremely frustrating when I make reports for senior management and in the middle of their presentation Porter's connectors break and it looks bad on everyone.
