What do you like best about PolyAI? Poly contain approx 30% of incoming calls, reducing the need for human interactions, subsequently allowing us to realise some FTE saving. What do you dislike about PolyAI? Currently no downside or dislikes to using Poly at this time What problems is PolyAI solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about PolyAI? The assistant itself is lifelike and constantly learning. The time saving it allows our staff onsite is the real value add. In comparison, competitor offerings seem robotic make customers feel like they are not being cared for. What do you dislike about PolyAI?
