"Overall good, the tool is powerful and useful."

What do you like best about PoliteMail? Allows us to track metrics down to individual level and create templates to share with other teams. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The inability to share drafts with colleagues. Because it uses Outlooks formatting tools some users find it challenging to use as the Outlook formatting tools are not the most intuitive. "Good for metrics - slow to use"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? I like the metrics/reporting features which gives us good insights What do you dislike about PoliteMail? Slow to use - sometimes buggy and emails do not send immediately at certain times, I believe due to server issues What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? Metrics - provides insights into what is being read/engaged with and what is not. Allows us to cut down on certain emails.

"It gets the job done"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? It's fast and easy to use. I like how it's in house and very easy to use without having to continuously login over and over like other email marketing platforms. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The user interface needs to be improved to work with high resolution 4k monitors. What do you like best about PoliteMail? It is pretty intuitive and easy to use. I like the internal tracking and metrics reporting. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? Pulling metrics is very slow. I don't know if it's just our company, or if this is normal. I feel like I often have issues with metrics, but have been told some of the problems are due to company settings. What do you like best about PoliteMail? The templates are my favorite! I really like using the templates. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? I wish you can tailor more things, like the ability to use the template and still do more editing to personalize my message more. What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not had any issues, but for our newsletter redesign we were able to leverage the PoliteMail for email tracking.

What do you like best about PoliteMail? PoliteMail is easy to use and provides email metrics that are ease to understand and use. The tool also provides the ability to build templates and schedule emails. What do you dislike about PoliteMail?
