"Easy-to-use metrics in an attractive package"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? For the first time ever, I have more than gut instinct when it comes to the effectiveness of our internal emails. "An interesting email solution..."

What do you like best about PoliteMail? The ease and simplicity makes it fairly powerful out of the box, and the add-on's give it a little bit more bang for the buck. I will say, though, that customer service above all else has been what would make me recommend the product so far. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? "Excellent features, but issues with Outlook."

What do you like best about PoliteMail? The features that I appreciate most are the prototypes, planning and statistics. Using the platform we've already arranged some personalized e-newsletter models, and it was pretty simple. And for scheduling, other methods that we've used allow my computer to be on and on the system for an email to be transmitted at the predetermined time — which totally contradicts scheduling purposes. What do you like best about PoliteMail? Outlook plug-in made it simple to manage from the core system What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The service and analytics are poor, the product struggled at scale handling over 20k emails and provided poor analytics. Recommendations to others considering PoliteMail: Consider something else What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? None - We decommissioned the product 3 months after launching.

"Decent product, deplorable support"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? Ultimately it's all about the email analytics, and this is done well. Some really interesting information is collected and easily accessible. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? Working with the team. They make "Customer Success Managers" an oxymoron.
