What do you like best about PoliteMail? The tool is fairly simple to use and the overall reporting summaries for emails and campaigns offer a wide variety of slices on the data. Lots of solid features like timed send, personalisation, etc. They have a good knowledge bank of articles and the service team are helpful when needed. What do you dislike about PoliteMail?
